When several people go on a trip, relationships can change. At a minimum, because everyone will want their interests and wishes to be taken into account. It's great if the rest of the trip participants support the requests.<\/p>\n

However, what to do in a situation where one prefers a 5* hotel<\/a>, while the other only has enough money for a hostel? Or when one goes to eat in restaurants, but the other cannot afford it? What if someone is going to spend time actively, and someone is going to lie on the beach? To avoid such questions, you should plan your trip in advance. We'll tell you what to pay attention to. In choosing advice, I was guided by my experience of traveling in a company of four people.<\/p>\n

Plan your trip together<\/h2>\n

At the start of your planning, agree on when and where you will go, and whether it will be a budget or luxury vacation<\/a>. Some people are comfortable sharing responsibilities. For example ,<\/a> one is responsible for booking tickets<\/a>, and the other is looking for accommodation<\/a>. However, when options are found, it is still better to ask the opinions of other trip participants.<\/p>\n

In our case, four people got to place X on different days and using different transport<\/a>, but returned together. On the eve of the trip, we got together and wrote out in detail who would arrive, when and with what. As a result, everyone managed to resolve their personal issues before gathering the company.<\/p>\n

Be considerate<\/a> of each other<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s great if everyone in the company supports each other\u2019s ideas. But if this is not the case, then it is imperative to take into account the interests of others, and not put your own above everyone else. Some prefer active activities, others prefer a more relaxing holiday<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Include activities in your plan that everyone will be happy with. For example ,<\/a> we made a mandatory plan before the trip. Everyone proposed ideas, then we simply selected those that interested the company.<\/p>\n

Money issue<\/h2>\n

If you are planning to travel, it is better to agree on a budget before the trip to avoid misunderstandings. Be honest about your spending habits. Talk about whether someone will take care of certain expenses or whether you would prefer to split everything after the trip.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In our case, before the trip, we drew up a rough<\/a> spending plan. Some of them, for example, payment for housing or travel, were divided equally. While meals in establishments or some purchases were made from their personal savings.<\/p>\n

Leave room for spontaneity<\/h2>\n

Even if you are one of those who plan to the smallest detail, be prepared for unforeseen situations. Things won't always go according to plan, so stay calm. For example, when someone in the company is tired, it may be worth adjusting plans. Otherwise, even a fun activity will turn into annoying. Remember that one mishap does not necessarily mean your entire holiday is ruined.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Traveling together allows you to see your friends or partner in new situations. The challenges of travel test your patience, adaptability and determination. It is very important to always keep your cool, if someone is panicking and worried, it is better to remain rational and collected.\u00a0<\/p>\n
