Housing

The island has 73 spacious holiday homes. They are located both on the water and on the shore. Some of them are new, modern, functional villas with a private pool, terrace and garden.

There are also residences – spacious houses with several bedrooms, dressing rooms and living rooms with panoramic views of the ocean. They come with a butler, separate transport and driver. One residence can comfortably accommodate from 6 to 10 people at a time.

One night at Villa Joali Maldives will cost from $2000 in low season. About $5,000 will have to be paid during the influx of tourists. For a night's stay in a residence, you need to pay several times more – from $15,000 to $18,000.
