In the 1980s, he organized the Tula Necropolis Society, which was engaged in the study and restoration of ancient cemeteries. The museum began to work in 1998, after the death of Lozinsky. The complex includes three old buildings of the 18th century (they house the permanent exhibitions “Kraft's House” and “Old Tula Pharmacy”) and three cemeteries of the same time – All Saints, Spasskoe and Solunskoe.
