🎉 Ibiza: guide to the best clubs and beaches
I recently talked about travel for older people, and now it’s time to find out about the most popular place for young people. The spirit of freedom, the scorching sun, the Mediterranean Sea… Endless fun can be found at one of the most popular resorts in the world and it is located on the Spanish island of Ibiza. It is considered the most fashionable location in Europe.
Here, the breakaway season begins in March-April and lasts until November, but even in winter it’s easy to run into a crowd of tourist fans. In summer there is no unbearable heat: the soft sea breeze makes rest in the hot months quite comfortable. During the day, tourists can spend time fishing, diving, visiting spa centers, going to the hippie market for trinkets, or simply strolling along the embankment. In the evening, you should enjoy the sunsets on the shores of the most famous bar, Cafe del Mar, and only then give yourself over to the fun in the numerous nightclubs of Ibiza.
Discos and parties in Ibiza are a mixture of the youth European club world and traditional Spanish night parties. The main tourist center of the island is the Playa d'en Bossa area, where the free spirit of Ibiza manifests itself. There are cult places “Amnesia”, “Privilege” and “Pacha”. The most famous DJs from all over the world come there all year round.
And what beaches there are on the island, a sight for sore eyes! Playa de las Salinas is considered the most fashionable. A huge number of young people with charming bodies and faces flock here. They come to Ibiza specifically to show each other their perfect figures. And for those who want a relaxing break from the crazy rhythm of the island, I recommend going to Portinatx beach (Cala De Portinatx). It is located in the north of the island in a quiet fishing spot.

There is a lot to see in Ibiza, and not just to have a blast. In the Old Town, located on a hill above the entrance to the port, it is great to stroll through the narrow streets. They wander up and down, where ancient buildings preserve the atmosphere of centuries gone by. There is pure beauty and Instagrammable panoramic views all around. There is a historical port area, where literally at every step you can find a stylish bar, an authentic restaurant or an ultra-fashionable boutique.
Let's take a look at the most visited resorts on the island. To begin with, the traditional place for youth to relax is Playa d'en Bossa. There are a lot of clubs, discos and night bars. It really takes 10-15 minutes to get to them from the center by taxi. There are many shops and some of the best clubs on the entire island – Space and Bora-Bora.
The area of San Miguel is surrounded by protected areas and luxurious palaces. This resort is for lovers of luxury holidays. You can take a walk in the picturesque surroundings if you don’t mind the abundance of steep ascents and descents.
For families with children, there is no better quiet resort in loud Ibiza than Talamanca. It is just a 20-minute walk from the center. It is impossible to meet a noisy crowd of young people there, but only beaches, a water park for children and restaurants for adults.
In the resort town of Santa Eulalia del Rio on the east coast of Ibiza, it is easy to find the most colorful restaurants on the island. They offer a choice of delicious local, Spanish and international cuisine. It is in demand among older people. There is everything you need for relaxation: a walking area with palm trees in the area, a sandy beach, first-class hotels or apartments for rent.
This is what the resorts in Ibiza look like, where I would recommend young people and even married couples to go. If you do go on vacation with your children, then I advise you not to miss the opportunity and leave them with a nanny, and organize a raid on the clubs yourself, shake off the old days and remember your youth. After all, there is no better place in the world for this than Ibiza!
