Guests enjoy free return flights to Rovaniemi from London Heathrow Airport with Finnair, plus breakfast and dinner in the hut. It is located near the post office. The guest room is decorated with traditional Lappish elements. Inside there are items of elven clothing and accessories.

There are several rules for guests:

Warn Santa in advance if you want to take a photo with him.
Take off your shoes inside the hut – there are handmade Lapland rugs on the floor.
Adhere to the festive elven style of clothing. A felt hat with a jingling bell paired with a tunic is welcome.
