This guest house with a cozy atmosphere is located a 3-minute drive from the casino, in 5 minutes you will reach the nearest ski lift, in a maximum of 10 – to the best places for eating in Krasnaya Polyana – restaurants and cafes. There are only 10 comfortable rooms. Breakfast is continental.

The highlight was the bath complex, completely built of wood. It has 2 floors, and its arrangement includes a cold flowing pool, a hot font, similar to a Japanese ofuro, on an open terrace (part of the roof is reserved for it), a spacious Russian steam room, a tea room with a panorama of the Caucasus Mountains. Under an agreement with Gazprom, guests of this house have the right to visit spas and baths, undergo wellness and treatment programs in neighboring properties owned by it. At an altitude of 870 m above sea level, under Mount Achishkho, this mini-accommodation is located. There are only 17 rooms here, you can choose from apartments with mountain views and a fireplace and their economy counterpart, but you will have to admire the pool.

The interior here is new, modern and with a rather pompous finish: decorated with sculptures, bas-reliefs and paintings. But this does not cancel the comfort, the staff is attentive and friendly. The resting place is located away from the highways, there is silence and clear air, you sleep surprisingly calmly. However, it is not close to the ski lifts – more than 400 m.

The restaurant serves Russian cuisine, it is possible to eat on the open terrace, they cook delicious food. But those who wish can take care of self-cooking in the kitchens at the rooms. On the territory you can have a picnic with a barbecue in the meadow, sunbathe on a special veranda. There are wonderful hiking trails here.

You can relax in the warm pool or sauna in the spa complex. There are tables for billiards. Ski equipment is available for rent.

Guest House Chalet 3*

The house is surrounded by the mountain peaks of the Caucasus. There is an indoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a hammam and a massage room, and SPA-center services are provided. The only negative is that it is problematic to get to the slopes and the beach on your own, but guests are provided with transfers. In general, residents evaluate the rest here positively, but the absolute unobtrusiveness of the staff is somewhat annoying (it is quite difficult to find out how everything works here).

Children have fun in the playroom on the ground floor – it has a lot of toys and shows cartoons.

Krasnaya Polyana is known for its picturesque chestnut forests, proximity to the sea, exciting mountain trips, healing air and delicious honey. On the territory of the resort there are about two hundred accommodation facilities.

If you want to ride on several slopes or come to the resort not only for skiing, then you can choose to accommodate any part of the resort, for example, settle directly in the village, where you will be surrounded by a picturesque area and you can enjoy peace and quiet.

If you are going to relax in the summer and go hiking in the mountains, then you can give preference to guest houses in Medoveevka, where you can choose from several interesting tours around these places, which can have different duration and complexity.
