Analytics company ForwardKeys has identified the four most popular travel destinations this fall. These countries, unlike others, not only met 2019 attendance levels, but exceeded them for the first time since the pandemic began.
4th place – Greece
Greece fits perfectly into the tourist trend of the “European summer”. The sunny Mediterranean attracted record numbers of visitors, up 3% on previous highs in 2019. Most of the foreigners visited Athens, but they did not deprive other cities and islands of Greece of attention.
