This is truly a heavenly place on the coast, resembling a large horseshoe 100 meters wide and 300 meters long. On both sides, the bay is fenced with cliffs covered with pines: on the left – high, steep and rocky, on the right – low sandstone cliffs.
Behind the bay rises a three-hundred-meter mountain Es Fumat, the foot of which is entwined with a variety of shrubs, and low palm trees grow along the coast. Naturally, the bay is divided into two bays, forming the beaches of Caló d'en Busques, 45 meters long and 10 meters wide, and the even smaller Caló d'en Boira. From the parking lot you have to go down 1400 meters.
First, a rocky path will lead to a round platform, from which they descend down the steps. Both beaches are strewn with pebbles with stones encountered closer to the entrance to the sea. There is no infrastructure here. Both bays have anchorages, so you can get to Cala Figuera by yacht.
Cala Varques
The pearl of the east coast of Mallorca is called the natural wild Cala Varques, located 12 kilometers from Porto Cristo.
