We looked at three things: the neighborhood and what's nearby, breakfast quality, and transport connections to the train station or airport. According to the Rome tourist office, the city's historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and most sights are within walking distance.

We also checked how well each hotel's description matches reality. Some hotels offer only a cold breakfast, while others serve a full buffet. Where there's a noticeable catch, we don't hide it. The distances below are based on the map, not on promotional brochures.
