Every sector has a ski school and beginner slopes, so a novice won't have to cross the entire area. Confident skiers will find the upper sectors near Pas de la Casa and Grau Roig more interesting. The catch: between distant sectors you ride lifts or the ski bus, and the travel takes time.
Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís: the second wing
These resorts used to be united under the Vallnord brand. Today Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís operate as separate resorts within the Grandvalira Resorts group (according to the operator's official website, 09/2026).
