Where to stay in central Tbilisi: 15 3-star hotels, 10 have breakfast

In the center of Tbilisi, there are many 3-star hotels. Not all of them offer breakfast or are close to the metro.

We selected 15 options in the old quarters, near Freedom Square, in Avlabari, and near Station Square. The tourist information center on Freedom Square is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (according to the Georgian National Tourism Administration, 09/2026), and they give out a free city map there.

How to choose a 3-star hotel in the center
