One nuance for the southern coast. At the start of the season, storms sometimes roll in here, the sea turns murky and dirty, and swimming loses its appeal for a couple of days. But by the end of the month the water is clear and the sun is steady. If you specifically want the beach, go for Phu Quoc: the weather there is the most reliable.
